Ace Paint & Body Works

If you’re looking for a place to repair dents or heavy collision on your vehicle, you can stop looking! I was told by multiple people that a major dent on my quarter panel would require cutting and welding, but Ace was able to do it without! The car looks brand new, the panel gaps are all equal, nothing is out of place, along with the pearlescent paint finish matching exactly to the rest of the body. They kept me posted every step of the way with text updates. I would absolutely recommend this place to a friend or family member.

To date the work seems to be above satisfactory. The mechanical and body work was priced well within reason and the insurance claim was seamless. We were given a rather quick timeline and it was met with only a small hiccup. The communication along the way was excellent. My goal was to find a locally owned and operated body shop that takes pride in their reputation and their work. That goal was met. When you insurance company recommends shops that are national brands, do some digging.

I had a great experience with this body shop overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. Rick made the entire process smooth, from providing a quote to ordering parts and the repair being completed. The turnaround time was impressively quick, which I really appreciated. My only feedback is around the pickup experience. When I came to collect my vehicle, there wasn’t a walkthrough of the completed work. I was simply handed my keys after payment. A quick review of the repairs would have added an extra layer of reassurance and customer care. That said, I’m very satisfied with the quality and efficiency of the service and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Ace did an excellent job repairing my car after I scraped it on a concrete pillar in a parking garage. I’m very pleased with both the price I paid and the service they provided. A special shout out to Belly who answered all of my follow-up questions and Rick who went above and beyond to return my car when timing was an issue. If I should ever need auto body repair in the future, Ace will be the first place I call!
